About Me

Prior to qualifying as a therapist I enjoyed a diverse and varied career initially in law as a Barrister and then in the media industry. I therefore understand the demands and challenges of a city career and the additional pressure this can add. My academic and business background means I'm well placed to support professionals to navigate their work and career challenges.

 

I'm warm, engaging and empathic in my approach. I'm fully committed to helping clients achieve the change they are looking for whilst working in a collaborative and supportive manner.

In addition to my therapy practice I also teach piano and have a passion for contemporary music and the arts. I spend most of my time between London and Hertfordshire and as the world opens up  again I hope to venture a little further afield.
